MEOTINE.® offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MEOTINE.® tags and labels are intact and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
